Adolescence is a phase which all adults have been through and all kids will go through. The initial seeds of the harvest of life are sown here.
The teenager  is caught in between – 1) A phase of intense existential dilemma, 2) A phase of learning and adapting, 3) A phase of making life choices and 4) A phase of adventure and discovery!!
Since this is the most trying phase of one’s life in terms of discovering oneself and finding out the ways of how one would assume the onerous burdens of adulthood, it becomes important for the teens to be guided well (freedom with supervision), by the parents, teachers, counsellors and others from the civil society. Hence it is important for all the stakeholders of a sustainable society to understand the travails of teen-hood.
Program Objective
- To understand the adolescent’s Biological, Psychological and Social struggles.
- To differentiate a typical adolescent behaviour  from behaviours that need professional help.
- Â This will enable the participant to provide care, support and guidance to the adolescents in their challenging journey to adulthood
