Infinum Evenings : The Wellness Wheel – Bringing Balance to life

All of us aspire and strive to live a successful and satisfactory life.

However, we all have our share of hurdles and dissatisfactions in this endeavour, as we juggle multiple goals and objectives.

These goals and objectives pertain to different needs and  facets of our personal, professional and  social lives. True happiness comes when we are able to attain the optimal level of satisfaction in each of these spaces. This in turn provides good Mental Health and Overall Wellness.

There are different ways of looking at Wellness. It isn’t just a word or a concept; it’s a complete holistic solution towards building a better you. The Wellness Wheel helps us understand this better.

Balance is key to living a healthy life

The Wellness Wheel is a visual tool used in the field of Psychology. It is an interesting representation of the satisfaction level with multiple needs in life.

It depicts these on a wheel diagram and is a way to identify and understand the imbalances we experience across these. The Wellness Wheel  gives us the opportunity to identify areas in our lives that may have been neglected and which we seek to improve .

In the upcoming Infinum Evenings session, our topic of discussion is
