    • This workshop will be conducted on 4 half days. The dates are
    • 11th September(Friday) -  from  3:00pm to 5 30pm
    • 12th(Sat), 14th(Mon) & 15th(Tue) Sept - from 3pm to 7pm   (India time)
    • Periodic bio breaks are provided including for  tea/coffee.

    How the program is structured:

    • This program is being conducted online through Zoom with not more than 12-15 participants per workshop. 
    • It will be a highly interactive workshop, enabling participants to understand the theories of Transactional Analysis in a simple yet impactful way. 
    • The workshop is divided into multiple segments, with exercises to be done by individual participants.
    • There are frequent group activities where the participants are divided into smaller groups and given activities to be done.
    • Participants will complete a brief online test before issue of certificate.

    What you need to have for the program:

    • Please sit with your laptop at a quiet place, where the wifi signals are strong and stable.  This will ensure uninterrupted participation for you.
    • Please keep a notebook or some loose sheets of paper and a pen or pencil to take notes or do the exercises explained by the facilitator.
    • Please keep a bottle of water or tea/snacks next to you so that you need not get up during the Webinar.

TA-101 is the introductory program in Transactional Analysis, the internationally popular and time-tested theory on human behaviour, developed and explained by Dr. Eric Berne. 

Program Objective 

This 4  half days workshop is extremely useful for anyone working with people –as  Human Resource personnel or Managers of  teams; as Educators or Counsellors ; or even while dealing with people in personal life, be it parents, spouse, siblings, children or friends.

The theory of Transactional Analysis helps in understanding oneself and identifying changes that one could make in one’s thinking, feeling and behaviour. This, in turn, improves communication with others and people management skills. It thus works to build self awareness, self esteem and relationships in personal life and at work.

TA 101 program participants are awarded certificates by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).
