Krithika Akkaraju is a certified mental health professional. Her training as a Gestalt Master Practitioner, in Transactional Analysis, Person Centred Approach and Neurolinguistic Programming helps her bring different approaches to therapy to better serve her clients’ psychological needs.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field; with an established private practice in Bangalore. Now with the advent of online sessions Krithika’s clients come from all across the world.
In her earlier roles, Krithika utilised her business management degree to work with global organisations as a corporate communications professional, and has published articles and photographs on mental health, travel, healing and spiritual growth in reputed magazines and publications.
In her spare time, she dabbles in watercolors, photography and poetry - all of which she considers to be deeply spiritual explorations.
Krithika has trained from Parivartan Counselling Training & Research Centre, Bangalore, has a Diploma in TA from SAATA, and a business management degree from Symbiosis University, Pune.
She is currently training in Systemic Theory and Practice in Family Constellation systems from Spanda Asia.
